A rule I read for ん is pronounced like m sound.
It happens when ん come before m, b, or p.
Examples:
konbanwa – こんばんは = Good evening
tenpura – てんぷら 天ぷら = battered fried vegtable/meat
genmai – げんまい 玄米 = unmilled rice

Probably the closest one could get in sound would be “meimii” (めいみい in hiragana, メイミー in katakana), but a nihonjin might pronounce it “meemii” instead (めえみい in hiragana, メーミー in katakana).
